1. Scope
These terms apply to use of the FestecDelivery website, quote request service and shipment tracking features. A quotation or website submission does not by itself create a confirmed shipping contract; service is confirmed when FestecDelivery accepts the shipment and agrees the applicable price and conditions.
2. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate contact, pickup, destination and package information; package goods safely; disclose fragile, valuable, hazardous, restricted or regulated contents; and comply with applicable customs, transport and import/export requirements.
3. Prohibited or restricted items
FestecDelivery may refuse items that are unlawful, unsafe, inadequately packaged, restricted by a carrier, or not properly declared. Additional documentation, handling requirements or charges may apply to certain goods.
4. Quotes, charges and taxes
Quotes may depend on weight, dimensions, route, urgency, customs requirements and other shipment details. Additional charges may arise where the information supplied was incomplete or inaccurate, or where third-party charges, duties, taxes or exceptional handling apply.
5. Tracking and estimated times
Tracking information is provided for convenience and may be delayed by carrier or network updates. Delivery dates and times are estimates unless FestecDelivery expressly confirms a guaranteed service in writing.
6. Service interruptions
Delivery may be affected by weather, customs, security checks, traffic, carrier disruptions, public events, incorrect addresses or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
7. Claims and liability
Customers should report loss, damage or material delivery problems promptly and retain shipment evidence. Any compensation or liability will depend on the agreed service, applicable law and any carrier terms that form part of the shipment arrangement.
8. Website use
You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the administration area, interfere with the website, submit fraudulent information or misuse tracking and quote features.
