Shipping & Delivery Policy
Last updated: 15 August 2026
1. Booking a shipment
Submit a shipping request with the pickup location, destination, service type and package details. FestecDelivery may request additional information before confirming availability and price.
2. Pickup and packaging
The sender is responsible for accurate package information and suitable packaging unless a separate packing service is agreed. Pickup timing is confirmed separately and may depend on route and operational availability.
3. Tracking
When a tracking number is issued, it can be entered on the FestecDelivery tracking page. Statuses may include Order Created, Picked Up, In Transit, At Destination Hub, Customs Processing, Out for Delivery, Delivered or On Hold.
4. Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery times are not guarantees unless expressly confirmed as a guaranteed service. Customs processing, weather, carrier delays, incomplete addresses and other external factors can affect delivery.
5. Recipient availability
The recipient should be available at the delivery address and provide any information reasonably required to complete delivery. Re-delivery, storage or address-correction charges may apply where a delivery cannot be completed for reasons outside FestecDelivery's control.
6. International shipments
The sender is responsible for accurate customs declarations and required documents. Duties, taxes, inspections and customs decisions are generally outside FestecDelivery's control and may affect timing or charges.
7. Problems with a shipment
If a shipment appears delayed, damaged or incorrectly delivered, contact FestecDelivery through the website and provide the tracking number and relevant details so the matter can be investigated.
